GRP Flange

GRP flanges and FRP flanges are two types of fiber-reinforced plastic flanges that we, as a manufacturer, are proud to offer our customers.

GRP flanges, which stands for Glass Reinforced Plastic flanges, are made from a blend of glass fibers and polyester resin. This results in a lightweight yet durable product that is resistant to corrosion and a variety of chemicals. GRP flanges are ideal for use in applications where weight is a concern, such as in offshore oil and gas drilling platforms or water treatment facilities.

FRP flanges, or Fiber Reinforced Plastic flanges, are made using a similar process but with different materials. Instead of polyester resin, FRP flanges are made with epoxy resin, resulting in a product that is stronger and more rigid than GRP flanges. FRP flanges are also resistant to corrosion and chemicals, making them ideal for use in harsh environments such as chemical processing plants or power generation facilities.
