Structure introduction and process flow
1. FRP waste gas treatment tower: the tower body is equipped with a certain height of PP Bauer ring or polyhedral hollow ball as the packing layer. The contact surface between alkali liquor and acid mist gas is large, the contact time is long, and the absorption efficiency is high. The harmless gas is finally discharged from the tower top hood, and the tail gas emission meets the national emission requirements.
2. Gas liquid separator: the equipment inside is equipped with a certain height of liquid, and the gas flows below the liquid level to play the role of gas-liquid separation

1. The installation surface of FRP waste gas treatment tower foundation shall be on the same horizontal plane, and the bottom shall be fixed on the embedded steel plate of the foundation with bolts.
2. During the installation of the fan, sundries shall be strictly prevented from falling into the fan. After the purification tower is installed, the dirt in the tower must be removed before commissioning. Due to the flammability of polypropylene in general, open fire is strictly prohibited during installation and maintenance.
3. The concentration of na0h solution in the liquid storage tank shall be kept within the range of 8-16%. When the concentration of NaOH is lower than 2%, NaOH solution must be added or replaced with a new NaOH solution. The waste liquid in the liquid storage tank shall be replaced according to the actual use.
