Steel lined PTFE storage tanks are made using sodium naphthalene solution treatment bonding method
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sodium vapor solution treatment bonding method: Sodium naphthalene solution is used to treat fluorine-containing materials, mainly through chemical reaction between high etching solution and PTFE plastic, pulling away some fluorine atoms on the surface of the material, leaving a carbonization layer and certain polar groups on the surface.
The treatment of fluorinated materials with sodium naphthalene solution mainly involves the chemical reaction between the corrosion solution and PTFE plastic, which tears off some of the fluorogen on the surface of the material, leaving a carbonized layer and some of its polar functional groups on the surface. Infrared spectroscopy shows that polar groups such as hydroxyl, carbonyl, and unsaturated bonds are introduced on the surface, which can increase surface energy, reduce contact angle, improve wetting and mixing, and change from difficult to sticky to sticky. This is the most effective and atmospheric pressure method among all the methods studied recently. Generally, sodium tea tetrahydrofuran is used as the etching solution.
Steel lined PTFE pipes, fittings, compensators
The steel lined PTFE pipeline is made of high-quality GB/T8163-2008 Seamless Steel Pipes for Fluid Transportation. The PTFE lining is made according to the needs of different usage conditions, using PTFE pipe tight lining method, one-time forming equal pressure method, PTFE inner wrapped steel mesh winding method, spraying method and other methods. It is strictly inspected in accordance with the GB/T26500-2011 standard, allowing users to achieve good usage effects.
Specification: DN10-DN2000.
If there are irregular pipe fittings and large steel lined PTFE tanks, they can be manufactured according to the user's drawings and requirements.
Steel lined PTFE pipes and fittings are known as the "king of plastics" and have excellent temperature and corrosion resistance. They are ideal transportation equipment for highly corrosive organic solvents such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosgene, chlorine gas, aqua regia, mixed acid, bromide, etc. Steel lined PTFE pipes and fittings that can operate stably under extreme negative pressure conditions at high temperatures (up to 150 ℃) for a long time have solved the shortcomings of previous steel lined PTFE pipes and fittings that cannot withstand negative pressure. They have been widely used in many high-temperature and high negative pressure systems such as distillation.
Introduction of steel-lined plastic pipe
Steel lining plastic pipe is steel plastic composite pipe, is the ordinary carbon steel pipe as the matrix, lined with excellent chemical stability of thermoplastic pipe(PE\PP\PO), by cold pull composite or roll plastic molding, it has the mechanical properties of steel pipe, and the corrosion resistance of plastic pipe, slow scaling, not easy to grow microbial characteristics. It is an ideal pipeline for conveying acid, alkali, salt, corrosive gas and other media. Characteristics of the steel-lined plastic pipes
1. With excellent physical properties
2. Excellent corrosion resistance
3. Mechanical strength is the same as the steel pipe
4. Health is non-toxic, no scale, do not breed microorganisms, to ensure fluid quality
5. Chemical corrosion resistance, soil resistance and Marine biological corrosion resistance, and cathode stripping resistance
6. The installation process is mature, convenient and fast
7. Good weather resistance, suitable for desert, saline and other harsh environment
